This area is connected with Stip by a highway, and covers about 35 municipalities. It is natural to assume that its inhabitants would prefer to study here.

The university’s mission is to promote and develop its curriculum in line with the needs of the region and the country.

The university uses a new approach to students and education, in accordance with the practice and experience of European universities. The principles of this approach are: student-centered education, individual approach to the student and interactive classes.
