“Prevention of conflict of interests” The Norway Embassy in Skopje and “Transparency International” National Chapter in Macedonia, Skopje, 2003 (52 pages).

“National Integrity System” Country Survey for the Republic of Macedonia, realised with financial support of The British Embassy in Skopje “Transparency International” National Chapter in Macedonia, and DFID, Skopje, September 2002 (143 pages).

“Culture of law versus corruption”, published by European Commission in cooperation with FORUM C.S.R.D. - Skopje, and TRANSPARENCY INTERNATIONAL-National chapter of Macedonia, Skopje, august 2002 (207 pages).

“The need for determining national anti-corruption strategy in the Republic of Macedonia”, published by FORUM C.S.R.D., TRANSPARENCY MACEDONIA, in cooperation with OSCE, the Secretariat office of Vienna, “Skopje, 2001 (144 pages ).

Depolitization or Departization of Public Administration of the Republic of Macedonia”, published by DE GAMA Skopje 1999, (with highest references by the professors of Law faculty in Skopje). Otherwise, this work is successfully passed masters thesis, by Miodrag Labovic ( 167 pages ).

 Experiences in international Programmes
Many donor financed projects which were financially supported by international, foreign and domestic organizations. The most significant are following:

Participation in the work of the National anticorruption strategy or “State Programme for prevention and repression against corruption” financial supported by OSCE, Council of Europe and State Commission for prevention of corruption.

Participation within the Working Group for changes and amendments on Law against corruption.

Participation within the Working Group for preparing the new Law for surveillance of communications.

Participation within the Working Group for preparing the new Law against money laundaring and financing terorism.


Preparation of the “Ethics Code of civil servants” financed by FIOS “SOROS” – Skopje and “Euro-Balkan” – Skopje

“Prevention of conflict of interests” financed by The Norway Embassy in Skopje

“Strengthening the elements of national anticorruption strategy” financed by OSCE, with article titled “Anticorruption legislation in the Republic of Macedonia and the need to be changed and amended”.

Participation as an expert and lecturer in a project financed by European Commission and titled “Culture of law versus corruption” with two headings “The role of law” and “Phenomenon of corruption”.

Significant participation has been remarked in the project financed by The UK Embassy in Skopje, and titled “National integrity system” where he has taken part with two headings “Civil Service” and “Political Party Funding”.

Educative campaign for public administration financed and organized by IOM and FIOS SOROS- Skopje.

Co-ordinator and Lecturer of the Training for Police inspectors and officers, organized by the Police Academy.

Participation as Lecturer on the “Taining against organized crime” organized by Police Academy, OSCE and FIOS-Macedonia, for senior officials from all Law enforcement agencies in Macedonia;

Participation as an independent expert within the Research Team for preparing “ Systemic anlysis of legal framework against organized crime”






Participation at international conferences and seminars:

Active participation in many international conferences, (as a head of state delegation), seminars and trainings, especially within the framework of UNCICP, NATO, OSCE, EC, CE, CEI, SPAI, PACO and DCAF.

As an independent expert, participation in many international conferences as a lecturer, moderator or active participant.
