 Description of RTD activities
My main interest for scientific research is in the field of Developmental psychology, specially the field of Moral development. For my master thesis I have conducted the research about chainging of value system between different generation (adolescent and their parents). I am also interested and have research experience in the field of Non- violent conflict transformation. I am autor and co-autor of papers in abovementioned fields and have participated in international Congresess and Conferencess.

 Experiences in international Programmes
I am international trainer in program called Alternatives to Volence Project (AVP). In past eight years I have trained more than 2000 participants from different age groups, educational, vocational, political and ethnical backgrounds. I have also experience in projects supervised by UNICEF, UNESCO, World Bank etc. Theses projects also included participants from different age groups, gender, religion and ethnicity.
