 RTD Experiences

 Description of RTD activities
My regular activities at the Faculty of Biotechnology consist of: lecturing, laboratories, assessments, mentoring of thesis and starting from this year on, lecturing and assessments at the Postgraduate Program of Food Safety at the Faculty of Biotechnology, Bitola.
I’ve been performing these activities in the field of Technology of Dairy Products, which is my specialisation, as I have completed my PhD in that particular field, with special emphasis on the characteristic properties of goat’s milk and dairy products processed of goat’s milk.
Technology of producing Eggs and Poultry is also one of the courses that I’ve been teaching since my very early days at this Faculty, a field where I have special interests in as well as many years of working experience in one of the National biggest Eggs and Poultry Farms in Macedonia.
Regarding to the scientific activities, in my career I’ve taken part on many working visits and symposiums in Europe and worldwide, I’ve been part of the Organisational and scientific Boards of few Established Symposiums in R. Macedonia as well as in the neighbour countries as R. Bulgaria, R. Serbia, R. Croatia etc; also I’m the author of three books in the field of Technology of Dairy Products and one book in the field of Technology of producing Eggs and Poultry where results of my scientific activities and researches have been compiled and presented.

 Experiences in international Programmes
As I’ve said previously, I’ve taken part in many scientific symposiums, visits, fairs etc. in Europe and worldwide.
I’m a member of the Scientific Board of the Symposium for Dairy Products in Novi Sad, R. Serbia and I’m regular participant on that particular symposium with my own scientific results and researches.
I’m also part of Organisational and Scientific Board of the Symposium for Technologies and Symposium for Young Engineers, Faculty of Agricultural Sciences in Plovdiv, R. Bulgaria. I’m also participant with my presentations which compile my results, findings and researches.
I’ve been in many occasions participant and guest in the symposiums through R. Macedonia as well as Europe and worldwide.
