Description of RTD activities
- In charge of research in applied zoology, control of the quarantine and economically important pests of the imported plant materials.
Experiences in international Programmes
- RBDV and nepoviruses on grapevine and their correlation with virus transmitting enmatodes. Bilateral project: Biotechnical Institute Podgorica and Agricultural Institute of Slovenia, Ljubljana.
- Specialisation in nematology. Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche - Istituto per la Protezione delle Piante - Sez. di Bari (Ex Istituto di Nematologia Agraria Applicata ai Vegetali) Bari - Italy. Dr Alberto Troccoli.
- Attending “Norman E. Borlaug International Agricultural Science and Technology Fellows Program - 2007.” on a Michigan State University, Department of Entomology, Nematology Laboratory, USA. Professor Dr Georg W. Bird.
Local scientific projects: Diseases of tomato, pepper and mad-apple in Montenegro; New diseases and pests of subtropics cultures in Montenegro. Theme II: Fruit fly Ceratitis capitata; Chemical control of citrus whitefly Dialeurodes citri Ashmead (Homoptera, Aleurodidae) in Montenegro.
