1. Round table: Cooperation in the field of education among countries developed on the territory of former Yugoslavia: Education for democracy and peace in the countries of former Yugoslavia through the teaching of History, Geography, Literature and Civil Education, 13-15 September 2002, Brijuni, Croatia.Representatives of Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia each gave an account of changes in the field of education from 1991-2002. Discussion involved similarities and dissimilarities within the framework of existing educational systems in former Yugoslav Republics.

2. Round table: Cooperation in the field of education among former Yugoslav Republics: Education for democracy in former Yugoslav Republics - incorporating European dimension into school system, 2-7 March, Bad Urach, Germany. At the Bad Urach conference the representatives of former Yugoslav Republics discussed the incorporation of European dimensions into national curriculums and recommendations were given for further adaptation of education systems to European standards
