 Description of RTD activities
- Epidemiology of foodborne pathogens (e.g. Escherichia coli O157, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes) along the food chain;
- Hygiene of slaughter and dressing of animals;

- Meat microbiology;
- Fate and behaviour of foodborne pathogens during processing and storage of meats;
- Phenotype- and genotype-related diversity of foodborne pathogens when responding to food-related factors;
