 RTD focus of organization Research in epilepsy and mood disorders
 Description of RTD activities Epilepsy is a common neurological disorder that is successfully treated with antiepileptic medications. Zagreb Epilepsy Center, established in 2005, promotes better understanding of epilepsy and works on improving life quality and reducing stigma associated with epilepsy.
The Center offers modern and comprehensive diagnostic procedures for people with seizures, including:
1. scalp EEG
2. prolonged EEG after sleep deprivation
3. continuous long-term video/EEG monitoring
Zagreb Epilepsy Center collaborates with many institutions in Croatia and abroad. It encourages interdisciplinary research in epilepsy and neuroscience. One of its activites is biennial Zagreb International Symposium in Epilepsies
